1. Service Nature
MySwissMedical is a coordination service that helps clients with valid international insurance access private medical care abroad. We do not offer medical advice or issue visas.

2. Intake and Acceptance
After submitting the intake form, we review your case. If your case is accepted, we will inform you. A one-time intake fee of $1,250USD is payable after acceptance. This fee is non-refundable once the process begins.

3. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information, including valid insurance details and medical reports. Any delays caused by misinformation are not our liability.

4. Communication
All formal communication will be handled via email. Clients are expected to follow the instructions and timelines provided.

5. Legal Entity
MySwissMedical is a private brand and coordination entity. All legal correspondence can be directed to legal@myswissmedical.com.

6. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by general international commercial principles. All disputes shall be addressed via email correspondence first before legal escalation.
